I got a few shaving things from maggardrazors.com and everything in the box was matching what I picked out. No wrong scents, no missing blades, and the amounts were right too. It sounds like a small thing, but I’ve had other shops mess this up before, so I was really appreciated it. Packing was fine and it was easy to check everything off. I’d order from them again.

"Pickup was surprisingly easy"
I ordered online and was able to pick it up the same day. The staff was chill, and everything was already waiting when I got there. it kind of makes you wonder why some places make pickup feel way more complicated than it needs to be.

"Easy payment, no real hassle"
I checked out on maggardrazors.com and the payment part was painless. I always have this moment where I’m like, wait, which card am I using, and then I get distracted by something else, but they had enough payment choices that I didn’t have to go hunting around for the one card I barely use.
The checkout page could maybe be a little clearer right when you first land there, just a small thing, but nothing actually went wrong. Payment processed quickly, the order email showed up almost right away, and that was that. I’d call it a solid 4-star experience

"Really Fast Shipping"
Shipping was super fast. I placed my order expecting it to take a few days like most things usually do, but it showed up way sooner than I thought it would. I always pay attention to delivery speed because I get impatient once I order something, so this was a really nice surprise

i ordered from maggardrazors.com and checkout went just fine. no random errors, no getting sent back to the same page, and my payment worked on the first try. i got the confirmation email right away too, which always makes me feel better. simple overall, and that’s all i was hoping for. i’d use it again.

"Nice shop, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I stopped in while I was nearby and did end up finding what I needed, which was great. The shop itself is nice and has a good selection. That said, I kind of felt dismissed at first when I asked for help, like I was interrupting or not really being taken seriously. Once someone helped me, it was fine, but the experience left me feeling a little awkward.

"Pretty solid order overall"
I ordered a razor head and a couple of soaps, and it was a good buy. The razor feels really solid in the hand and the finish looked clean, no rough edges or weird little marks or anything. The soaps smelled pretty much like I expected too, which was nice. Only reason I’m not going with 5 stars is one of the tubs had a small dent in the lid, but it wasnt a big deal. Overall, the quality seems really good for the price.

"Scent notes were weirdly accurate"
I ordered a few soaps from maggardrazors.com and mostly just trusted the scent descriptions, which I normally don’t do because shave soap listings can feel like they’re written by some secret committee trying to confuse you. But the notes were pretty much spot on when everything showed up.
One of the scents was a little stronger than I expected, like maybe someone in the scent lab turned the dial up when nobody was looking, but the actual notes still matched the description really well. Made it way easier to pick something I’d actually use...

"Great shop, just wish the wait was shorter"
I’ve ordered from Maggard a few times now and it’s always been a good experience. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is waiting for the order to show up because I’m usually excited to try whatever I bought. That said, everything has arrived fine, and I really appreciate how involved they are in the wet shaving community. They’re not just selling products, you actually see them in forums helping people out, which makes them feel genuine. Still an easy 5 stars from me.

"Pretty convenient, but I’m still a little unsure"
I’ve ordered from Maggard Razors a few times now, and the main reason I keep coming back is that they usually have what I’m looking for in stock. Blades, soaps, random razor parts, it’s all easy enough to find, which is nice when I don’t feel like checking a bunch of different sites. My orders have gone through without any real issues, though I do sometimes wonder if every item is as consistently high quality as it should be. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience so far.

I ordered from Canada and, uh, it actually showed up quicker than I expected. The packaging was solid, and everything matched the listing exactly. Shipping cost felt fair too. The only small thing was that the tracking updates were a bit slow, but I don’t think that was their fault. I’d definitely buy from them again.

The customer service ended up being really solid, but I’ll be honest, I felt kind of ignored in the beginning. It took a little while before anyone really acknowledged what I needed. Once someone finally helped me, they were friendly and handled things well, so overall it was a decent experience.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order arrived with flimsy packaging, and one of the boxes was actually crushed. I was annoyed at first, i still kind of am, but thankfully the items inside were fine. For the price, though, I expected them to be packed with a lot more care.
